Der ydes ikke vederlag for deltagelse i udbudsforretningen. Rammeaftalens estimerede værdi jf. pkt. II.1.5) og II.2.6) afspejler ikke ordregivers forventninger til tilbudsgivernes tilbudte priser i henhold til mængderne angivet i rammeaftalens bilag 3. Rammeaftalen er ikke opdelt i delkontrakter, da ordregiver forventer betydelige stordrifts- og administrative fordele ved én samlet rammeaftale.
