Formålet med anskaffelsen er at sikre OECD-aftalen om international minimumsbeskatning (Global Minimum Tax) mhp. at begrænse skatteundgåelse blandt de største internationale koncerner med grænseoverskridende transaktioner. Aftalen kaldes GloBE (Global Anti-Base-Erosion), der supplerens af EU-kommissionens direktivforslag til DAC9, som præciserer anvendelsen af GloBE-aftalen i EU-regi, og som efter vedtagelse vil skulle implementeres i Danmark senest 31. december 2025. Skatteforvaltningen skal derfor anskaffe standardsoftware, der enten direkte indeholder eller under-støtter følgende fem hovedydelser: • Indberetning af GIR-skemaer • Udveksling af GIR-data med andre skattemyndigheder • Samling af metadata til udstilling • En række integrationer til relevante eksterne systemer • Applikationsdrift – og vedligehold
