East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the provision of the provision of annual servicing, maintenance and repairs to domestic low temperature hot water heating installations and gas appliances within properties owned by the Council, including communal boilers in shelter housing complexes. (Planned annual servicing programme, repairs if required during service. Also reactive repairs on 24hour call out for breakdowns). Lot 1: East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the provision of the provision of annual servicing, maintenance and repairs to domestic low temperature hot water heating installations and gas appliances within properties owned by the Council, including communal boilers in shelter housing complexes. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
