Description

Formation of an External Dining Facility Building 150 m2 in area utilising a specialist systems building with associated site works, services and links to Eastwood High School main building at Capelrig Road, Newton Mearns, G77 6NQ. The systems building will be built on ‘jackpads’. This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T); project_28630. We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS-T. Lot 1: Formation of an External Dining Facility Building 150 m2 in area utilising a specialist systems building with associated site works, services and links to Eastwood High School main building at Capelrig Road, Newton Mearns, G77 6NQ. The systems building will be built on ‘jackpads’. Thereby avoiding formation of foundations and ensuring a quick installation and minimal time on site, reducing disturbance to the school operations and ensuring project programme timescales will be met. The building proposed will be highly sustainable and has the ability to be easily moved and relocated in the future if school estate needs change.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
