The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) to deliver Multi Element Improvement Works at:- 130 Thornyhill Road. For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2020; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
