Description

The Housing Executive requires a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Homeware and Home Appliance Bundles (Tenancy Starter Packs) for its new tenants who have experienced homelessness (and a small number of existing tenants by exception). The estimated number of households rehoused by the Housing Executive, and eligible for a Pack per our criteria, is circa 3,000 households per annum. This is not a guarantee of order but is a probable estimation of demand. Lot 1: The Housing Executive requires a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Homeware and Home Appliance Bundles (Tenancy Starter Packs) for its new tenants who have experienced homelessness (and a small number of existing tenants by exception). The estimated number of households rehoused by the Housing Executive, and eligible for a Pack per our criteria, is circa 3,000 households per annum. Additional information: This contract is for an initial 12 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 60 months. The estimated contract value provided in this notice is the Housing Executives estimated value for the maximum potential Contract Period including the extension period.
