Køge Kommune har besluttet at indføre betalingsparkering for Køge Bymidte. Formålet med udbuddet er etablering af betalingsparkering i Køge Bymidte. Efter en årrække forventes det at løsningen kan drives og vedligeholdes af Køge Kommunes driftorganisation. Endvidere indeholder udbuddet optioner ift. levering af ekstra parkeringsautomater og håndterminaler. Opgaven omfatter følgende elementer: Levering, installation og test af nye parkeringsautomater. Levering og test af løsning til brug for udøvelse parkeringskontrol (inkl. håndterminaler el. lign. til brug for Køge Kommunes parkeringskontrol). Levering, installation og test af back office-løsning til understøttelse af parkeringsbetalingsløsningen og inkl. parkeringsbetalingsdatabase. Etablering af alle relevante grænsefladeløsninger for at den samlede parkeringsbetalingsløsning kan leve op til de beskrevne krav. Levering af teknisk dokumentation, som udført-dokumentation samt bruger-vejledninger og vedligeholdelsesforskrifter for parkeringsbetalingsløsningen. Drift og vedligeholdelse af parkeringsautomater de første 3 år efter godkendt prøvedrift. Overdragelse af parkeringsbetalingsløsningen til Køge Kommunes driftsorganisation (eller anden vedligeholder).
