Joint - R&M and Voids Lotted Framework Contract 2022 – 2026 with Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations The successful contractors will enter into separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent. Location: Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations existing and any new stock. Lot 1: Multi Trade Works Multi Trade Works - including any combination of trades but must include Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works (including out of hours cover) and Voids. Can also include Kitchen & Bathroom renewal works. Additional information: See ITT Lot 2: Joinery Joinery - Can also include Kitchen renewal works. Additional information: See ITT Lot 3: Plumbing Plumbing - not gas service or heating but can also include Bathroom renewal works. Additional information: See ITT Lot 4: Electrical Electrical - including Door Entry, TV Aerials and Electrical Heating works. Additional information: See ITT Lot 5: Painterwork Painterworks - internal and external as required. Additional information: See ITT Lot 6: Plasterwork Plasterworks - all aspects of taping, filling and plastering. Additional information: See ITT Lot 7: Roofing Works Roofing Works - all aspects flat, tiles and slates inc leadwork. Additional information: See ITT Lot 8: Builderwork Builderwork - all aspects inc groundworks. Additional information: See ITT Lot 9: Drainage Works Drainage Works - including Jetting, Clearing & Camera works. Additional information: See ITT Lot 10: Fencing Works Fencing - to inc any type of metal and timber fencing and associated works.
