Udbuddet omfatter blandt andet følgende opgaver: • Administration • Regnskab • Budgetlægning • Huslejeberegninger • Forbrugsregnskab • Ind- og udflytning • Udarbejdelse af planer for drift og vedligeholdelse • Beboerdemokrati • Advisering af beboerne På nuværende tidspunkt har Middelfart Kommune 381 boligenheder og 112 kolonihaver.
