La consultation a pour objet la mise à disposition de services de communication M2M multi-opérateurs via la fourniture de cartes SIM M2M multi-opérateurs complétées par un abonnement et une prestation de maintenance/support technique tout au long du marché.Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande non alloti, à prix unitaires. Le marché sera conclu à compter de sa notification pour une durée ferme de 2 ans, et reconductible tacitement 2 fois 1 an.La notification du marché vaudra Ordre de Service de démarrage pour le déploiement initial du projet (cf. CCTP). Les paiements s'effectuent par virement administratif dans un délai global de 30 jours.Le montant maximum par période d'exécution est fixé à 48 000 euro HT.Le montat estimé du besoin est de 35 000 euro HT par période d'exécution.
