A bench top flow cytometer with four lasers: Yellow-green (561 nM), red (638 nM), blue (488 nM) and violet (405 nM). Ideally a very high resolution on FSC and SSC to detect smaller cells or nanoparticles would be very useful. Sample acquisition either through a manual tube or through an automated 96 well plate loader, which is easily switchable between the two modes of acquisition. It should be a low maintenance system with an easy to operate user interface and a low size footprint.
