Stonehaven Recreation Grounds Trust invites you to tender for a scope of work to supply, deliver and install a porous acrylic, free draining playing surface as part of a wider project to provide a new seasonal indoor facility for tennis on the site of two existing outdoor tennis courts located in the town of Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire. The two new courts will be suitable for indoor and outdoor use with an air-supported structure covering the courts on a seasonal basis. Lot 1: This tender is for the procurement, installation and commissioning of a new playing surface for two outdoor tennis courts at the Recreation Grounds in the town of Stonehaven. The scope of work is to: -- Supply and install a new porous, cushioned acrylic tennis court playing surface to cover the existing two outdoor tennis courts at the Recreation Ground in the town of Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. The dimensions of the new surface will be 34.45 metres by 32.05 metres. The new surface should be installed as an overlay to the existing porous playing surface, which will have preparatory work carried out on it in advance of the new surface being installed. -- Supply of all labour, materials, tooling and equipment to safely and efficiently install the new surface. -- Conduct a pre-installation site survey to finalise plans and preparations. ahead of mobilising to site to execute works. -- Clearing and safe disposal of all excess material post installation.
