Rhaid i ddyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno ar y Ffurflen Ymateb Cyflenwyr yn Atodiad 1, ar ffurf Word (oni nodir yn wahanol), rhaid ei llenwi a’i llofnodi’n briodol (caniateir llofnodion digidol a ddiogelir gan gyfrinair).Dylai dyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno drwy GwerthwchiGymru erbyn 12pm ar 12 Chwefror 2025 fan bellaf. Quotations submitted after this deadline will be deemed ineligible.Tenders may be submitted in Welsh.
