Description

Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd (‘V2C’) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide grounds maintenance services across the Bridgend County Borough. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract and will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. The core requirements are grass cutting between the months of April and October. It is important to note that one (1) of the twelve (12) lots will require shrub and hedge maintenance, weed removal and planting of bedding plants in addition to grass cutting. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in March 2018 with delivery commencing in April 2018. The proposed contract duration is five (5) years with the option to extend by a further two (2) years. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 1, relates to the provision of grounds maintenance in the Bridgend West area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 2, relates to provision of Grounds Maintenance in the Bridgend East area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 3 relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the Llynfi Valley area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 4 relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the North Cornelly area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 5, relates to grounds maintenance provision in the Garw Valley area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 6, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the M4 Corridor area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 7, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the Porthcawl area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 8, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the Pyle, Kenfig Hill and Cefn Cribbwr. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 9, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the Ogmore Valley area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 10, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in the Heol Y Cyw and Pencoed area. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 11, relates to provision of grounds maintenance at Sheltered Schemes located throughout the Bridgend County Borough. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. This lot, lot 6, relates to provision of grounds maintenance in specific residents gardens located throughout the Bridgend County Borough.
