Next Generation Print Services for Ørsted

Description

Ørsted is looking to move its current fully owned printer fleet and IT systems including follow-me printing and processes into a Managed Print Service (MPS) – and is hence asking for offers that can replace the existing office print setup. Ørsted expects in future to be serviced by a supplier being fully responsible for the various printers, management and support systems and not least the operation and service needed to support Ørsted users to maintain existing high availability and advanced functionality on a global scale. Ørsted expects in future to be serviced by a supplier being fully responsible for the various printers, management and support systems and not least the operation and service needed to support Ørsted users to maintain existing high availability and advanced functionality on a global scale. Furthermore, the MPS offers must support Ørsted on its global expansion by enabling fast bring up/down of printers, easy management insights herein with global support and operation causing limited load on Ørsted staff. Flexibility in the solution is key to Ørsted being successful in its ambitious growth which includes many dynamics in printer installations and usage across existing and new sites worldwide. Finally, Ørsted is on a journey to head a digital transformation while being very environmentally aware – being a recognized green company worldwide. The MSP solution shall cater for support on both parameters being key to Ørsted ambitions.
