Provide Hard Facilities Management Estates services for the operational phase of NHS Louisa Jordon that covers the following: - Contract mobilisation and set up. - 24/7 LIVE Operational Helpdesk, PPM Planning and Service Delivery, Reactive repairs (Labour Only) - Statutory Compliance auditable robust testing regime. - Asset and Critical Spares Management - Management and planning of all Incumbent SECC third party suppliers planned maintenance and “additional reactive repairs - chargeable”. - Management and planning of all New Hospital Equipment third party suppliers planned maintenance and “additional reactive repairs - chargeable”. - Control of contractors with full responsibility for site access, risk assessments and method statements, service schedules, reporting and compliance log book management.
