Shalom House is located at Church Street, Youghal, Co Cork and consists of 23 one bed apartments for older persons and a community facility which facilitates coffee mornings & social meetings on a regular basis for both the residents & local community. Respond are seeking consultancy services of an Architect Led Design Team to assess the current condition of the building, a protected structure on the front elevation, with particular attention being put on current areas of concern for the building occupiers.
