The project is CAT3: Mechanical and Electrical Works (other than Life Safety Systems) consisting of  Insurances and Preliminaries  Heating Centre o Decommission, Strip Out and Remove redundant pipework, controls, headers, pumps o Supply and install new piped headers, new circulation pumps, controls, isolation valves, non return valves, regulating valves  Space Heating o Pipework distribution (supply / installation) est. 3600 Linear Metres Pipework, avg pipework size 54mm dia o Panel Radiators (supply), taking delivery, assembly, fixing in position of 242panel radiators o Fittings incl. I.V.'s, DRV's tees, bends, union, drain valves, strainers o Insulation of piped services  Associated Builders Works o Trenching / Reinstatement works o Concrete Plinths o Opes in structure - floors / walls o Removal of fitted furniture / re-installation  Associated Electrical Works  Heating Centre (boilers/pumps/controls/gas)  Room stats / zone valves) - wiring only  Testing and Commissioning
