The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) through this market testing exercise is looking for supplier(s) who can deliver access to learning and development opportunities to support and collaborate with the in-house team of HR professionals (The People Team). The purpose of this Soft Market Testing Exercise is to gain a better understanding of what solutions are available in the market that could be viable in meeting FSCS’s objective to regularise and improve access arrangements to a range of learning and development interventions and related services, as well as to support FSCS in development of a fit for purpose specification.
