Description

Albyn Housing Society plan to publish a Contract Notice in Public Contracts Scotland in January 2024 for responsive repairs and maintenance including voids and aids and adaptations. To inform the procurement strategy, we are reaching out to potential contractors to note interest and to request information and feedback. The Society spends approximately GBP2m - GBP2.2m per annum to maintain it 3,686 properties across 70 communities in the Scottish Highlands. Further details can be found in the attached documents. Lot 1: Lots to be decided This is a Prior Information Notice to request notes of interest and further information from potential contractors to inform an upcoming procurement. Contractors are requested to complete the attached excel spreadsheet. Lot 2: To be decided Contractors are requested to complete the attached Excel document to inform the procurement.
