Main Geotechnical Investigation in the OWF He Dreiht

Description

A geophysical and geotechnical site investigation for the project site was conducted in 2010. Target of this new investigation is to meet with the governmental regulations for offshore windfarm installations according BSH Standard 7004. Lot 1: The requested work comprises 5 tasks: • Task 1: UXO survey — at up to 105 positions for geotechnical investigation; • Task 2: CPTu survey — at 35-105 positions (exact amount not yet defined); • Task 3: sampling — at up to 6 positions (amount is subject to decision of geotechnical expert, based on new CPT results); • Task 4: offshore laboratory works, soil description, transportation of samples to a predefined laboratory onshore, storage of samples for > 5 years; • Task 5: reporting.
