Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant or organisation to undertake an independent evaluation and feasibility study who has extensive experience, knowledge and competency in Youth and Community Work, Education, Youth Offending/ Youth Justice Services and/ or Social Care.The project will undertake a rapid review of ongoing activity and action in the Dyfed Powys area, both delivered by local authority youth services and voluntary youth sector organisations, which focuses specifically on online activity from young people's experiences and perspectives.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
