Description
Provision of income management system and associated services as per accompanying document. Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar is considering options for the future provision of its Income Management System. All information submitted will remain confidential to Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar and is for their knowledge only. The information requested as part of this PIN is to seek: the market’s views on potential solutions and lotting strategy; the capacity of the market to supply these services; and the level of interest in a future procurement exercise. The outcome of this process will help to inform the final Procurement Strategy. The requirement is for the provision of an Income Management System inclusive of On-line Payments, Card and Telephony payments. The publication of this PIN does not commit the Comhairle to any procurement process or to appoint a supplier or to the taking forward of the project but to gather information and to indicate to potential suppliers that the Comhairle is considering procuring these services. Potential suppliers must note that a response to this PIN does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement, nor that the Comhairle will procure any such services or accept any proposals offered. Should a tender be published, a completed submission would be required in accordance with the tender notice. Any procurement by the Comhairle will be carried out strictly in accordance with current relevant procurement legislation. The Comhairle reserves the right to amend the scope of its requirements as described in this PIN. No further details will be released unless or until any publication of a contract notice and issue of tender documentation.
