City of London School Summer Works 2025

Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of City of London School Summer Works 2025. The proposed works will include new internal finishes (floors, walls, ceiling) within three classrooms in the DVA building (two storeys), new fire doors elsewhere in the main building (approximately 20), new mechanical and electrical systems including HVHR, HVAC and fire alarm / PAVA works, a new roof covering the DVA building (approximately 50 square meters), and new spandrel panels to south elevation to replace windows. Please refer to the specifications for the full scope. The duration of the contract is expected to be for eight (8) weeks and the works are expected to be completed by the end of the school summer break on 01/09/2025. The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,600,000.00.
