la consultation a pour objet la fourniture d'un droit d'usage irrévocable (Iru) de fibres optiques noires (Fon) entre les points d'extrémités décrits en annexes ainsi que leur maintien en condition opérationnelle. Cette consultation s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un Groupement de commandes en partenariat avec les établissements suivants : -Le syndicat mixte Manche Numérique ; -Le Rectorat de l'académie de Normandie ; -La Communauté D'Agglomération Havraise ; -La Ville du Havre ; -Le CRIANN ; - le Conseil Départemental de Seine Maritime ; -Et la Région Normandie, coordonnateur du Groupement. Seule la Région Normandie exprime des besoins de prestations. Forme de marché : à bons de commande avec maximum de 40 000 euros par lot sur la durée totale du marché. Attribution d'un accord-cadre pour chaque lot Lot 1: argentan - sites Mezeray / Gabriel lot 1 - argentan Sites Mezeray / Gabriel aucune Lot 2: domfront - sites Chevalier / Internat lot 2 - domfront Sites Chevalier / Internat aucune
