Electrical Domestic Testing and Remedial Works

Description

Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to conduct electrical testing works to a wide variety of housing properties located within Leeds. This includes, where required, minor remedial works of low value, circuit board replacements and smoke detection. The contractor will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning and test/inspection of all electrical installations and ensure works comply with the current edition of the Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) along with th current editions.
