Dansk Retursystem udbyder herved anskaffelsen af et Product Information Management system (herefter ”PIM-system”) til Dansk Retursystem. Dansk Retursystem foretager årligt tilmelding af ca. 10.000 nye emballager fra producenter og importører af drikkevarer, som indgår i pant- og retursystemet. Dansk Retursystem leder efter en innovativ PIM-system-løsning til brug for Dansk Retursystems opbevaring, ændring og håndtering af emballage-data. Dansk Retursystems mål er at etablere et system, der ikke kun optimerer supportprocesser, men også beriger og styrker Dansk Retursystems relationer med producenterne og importørerne. Dette udbud er endnu et skridt mod at implementere et brugervenligt system, der understøtter Dansk Retursystems kundeorienterede tilgang.
