Det Kgl. Biblioteks mål med dette udbud er at få en aftale med en leverandør omkring indsamling af digitale aviser, som led i pligtaflevering i henhold til pligtafleveringsloven. Det Kgl. Bibliotek ønsker derfor tilbud på levering af digitale aviser i henhold til vedlagte bilag b. Leveringen skal ske digitalt til Det Kgl. Bibliotek, Victor Albecks Vej 1, 8000 Århus C. Som pligtafleveringsinstitution skal det Kgl. Bibliotek indsamle og bevare den danske kulturarv for eftertiden, herunder aviser, tidsskrifter og magasiner, der udgives digitalt, jf. Lov om pligtaflevering af offentliggjort materiale nr. 1439 af 22/12/2004. Det Kgl. Bibliotek bevarer materialet, herunder metadata og andre nødvendige oplysninger, for eftertiden i henhold til de til enhver tid gældende regler og retningslinjer, og giver i muligt omfang adgang til indholdet i henhold til gældende lovgivning, herunder ophavsretsloven.
