The Council advertised a Contract for the Provision of 0-19 (25) Public Health Nursing Service & Healthy Child Programme. The procurement process applied the flexibilities afforded under Competitive Process as defined within the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The original notice was published via Supplying the South West portal (2024/S 000-026803) published on 22/8/24, however it was not possible to publish the subsequent corrigendum via the portal, therefore we have had to issue a duplicate in order to publish the corrigendum The contract award notice was published on via the e-Tendering portal www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and Find a Tender on 22/10/24.
