Udbuddet omhandler etablering samt indretning af en ressourceplads for VEKS. VEKS søger en løsning, der sikrer miljøvenlig, omkostningseffektiv og ansvarlig håndtering af ca. 130.000 tons jord til genindbygning i ledningsgrave over en 2-årig periode, med option på forlængelsde af kontrakten på samme vilkår i 1 år. Opgaven omfatter etablering og indretning af en ressourceplads (fase 1) samt drift af ressourcepladsen (fase 2). Den forventede mængde håndteret jord er ca. 130.000 tons i løbet af de 2 år, men der kan over årene ske en ændring i mængden, hvorfor der kan være et udsving, så mængden er mellem 65.000 og 260.000 tons i løbet af de 2 år.
