Ved dette udbud ønsker ARGO at indgå parallelle rammeaftaler med maksimalt 8 virksomheder og på baggrund af disse at indgå Driftskontrakter om modtagelse og behandling af jord fra ARGOs genbrugspladser. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 4 år. De første 2 Driftskontrakter indgås samtidig med tildeling af Rammeaftalen. De sidste Driftskontrakter forventes indgået i januar 2023. Rammeaftalerne giver ARGO ret (men ikke pligt) til at tildele Driftskontrakter om modtagelse og behandling af affald fra ARGOs genbrugspladser. ARGO forventer at indgå årlige Driftskontrakter ved genåbning af konkurrencen (mini-udbud) for hvert geografisk område (vest og øst), som genbrugspladserne er fordelt i. ARGO forventer således at indgå 2 Driftskontrakter for hver driftsperiode (begge kan godt indgås med samme virksomhed).
