Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist ein revisionssicheres Archiv zur Aufbewahrung der elektronischen nicht patientenbezogenen (nicht-medizinischen) Dokumente während der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsdauer. Die Anwendung kann jedoch ebenfalls Patientendaten enthalten, wenn diese insbesondere für kaufmännische und Verwaltungszwecke verarbeitet werden. Diese haben nach Art. 9 DSGVO einen besonderen Schutzbedarf, sodass die Einführung einer webbasierten Cloud-Lösung nicht gewünscht ist. Es muss ein sicherer Fernzugriff (Remote) auf die Anwendungen sichergestellt sein. Lot 1: Vgl. oben Abschnitt II.1.4)
