NRK 2023/1324 Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice - framework agreement for master topics in investigative journalism.

Description

Norsk rikskringkasting AS intends to enter into a framework agreement with the Centre for Investigative Journalism at the University of Bergen, business organisation no. 874 789 542, for the delivery of study places for module and experience based post and further education at master degree level within investigative journalism. The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 600,000 a year, total NOK 2,400,000. Lot 1: Experience based master topics in investigative journalism are aimed at journalists and editorial employees. Norsk rikskringkasting AS would like to procure study places for up to ten students per semester, as part of a strategy commitment to investigative journalism. The goal is to increase practical, critical, and analytical competence within systematic and methodological investigative journalism in Norsk rikskringkasting AS.
