Health subject courses for persons speaking minority languages (Labour Market Training (Norwegian: AMO)) - Oslo

Description

The objective of all labour market training courses is that they shall contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The service shall provide the target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area. The objective of the course is that the participants shall achieve permanent employment in the health service by formalising his or her health worker competence. The course must provide the participants support in the process of achieving authorisation and/or licence as health personnel. The course shall primarily be aimed at minority language jobseekers who need to strengthen their formal competence for employment as health personnel. Click https://permalink.mercell.com/213271935.aspx Lot 1: The procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the public procurement regulations apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procedures for procurements in accordance with the regulations´ part IV. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate. If negotiations are held on the parts of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores on the award criteria, tenderers will be selected after an assessment based on the award criteria. The combined value of the framework agreement, including any options, is estimated to be approx. NOK 20,000,000. The stated value for the framework agreements is the estimated maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any extensions. The use of the measure and consequently the value of the lot, is dependent on multiple variable factors thay may vary over time.
