Published

Description

North Tyneside Council (the Authority) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for future requirements of Playground Equipment & Specialist Surfaces, Fencing & Gates. The Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent, compliant and a more efficient route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan. The DPS will be split into 3 lots that a supplier can request to be on: Lot 1 – Playground Equipment and Playground Surfaces (covering but not limited to: supply & installation of playground equipment, surfaces, footpaths and any related works) Lot 2 – Playground Resurfacing (covering but not limited to: supply & installation of safer surfacing, removal and disposal of old playground surfacing and any related works). Lot 3 – Playground Fencing & Gates (covering but not limited to: supply & installation of specialist playground fencing and safety gates) Maintenance & repairs may also be required under the scope of this DPS from time to time. Organisations wishing to apply for any of the above lots can access the documentation after registering interest via the ProContract electric tendering portal:- https://procontract.due-north.com, and giving you the option to access/view the DPS immediately, once accessed you will then be able to download the documents which should be visible at the bottom of the screen. All required documentation MUST be fully completed and then uploaded back into this electronic portal, including any necessary supporting documents, for verification by the Authority. Further details are available within the Documents once downloaded. Any further competition, mini competition or request for quotes issued within this DPS via the Electronic Tendering System will be subject to the terms, conditions and requirements of this overarching DPS even if not referenced in future competition documentation.
Keywords: Playground Equipment, Playsite Installation
