Description

The Education Alliance have awarded a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises. The framework will cover projects including, but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the PCR 2015 Open Procedure. The framework agreement has been established for 3 years from 12 April 2020, with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. This framework agreement was advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies, including Charities in the UK. This Lot is for the provision of all services covered by lots 2 to 19, which include, but are not limited to: civil engineering structural engineering quantity surveyors, project and programme managers, lead consultants building surveying building services engineering (M&E) architectural design services landscape architectural design services site supervisor/clerk or works asset/estate management funding solutions and bid writing archaeological services sustainability and environmental consultancy town and master planning heritage health and safety consultant inc principle designer services fire engineer asbestos consultancy water consultancy including legionella monitoring. This lot is for the provision of services in relation to civil engineering consultant services. This lot is for the provision of structural engineering services. For the provision of cost consultants, quantity surveyors, project and programme managers, lead consultant services. For the provision of building surveying services. For the provision of building services engineering (M&E) services. For the provision of architectural design services. For the provision of landscape architectural design services. For the provision of site supervisor/clerk or works services. For the provision of asset/estate management services. For the provision of bid writing and funding solutions. For the provision of archaeological services. For the provision of sustainability and environmental consultancy services. For the provision of town and master planning services. For the provision of consultant services in relation to heritage sites and buildings. For the provision of health and safety consultant inc principle designer services. For the provision of fire engineering consultant services. For the provision of asbestos consultancy services. For the provision of water consultancy services including legionella monitoring.
