Rammeaftalen har til formål at dække Ordregivers løbende behov for levering af varer med logo til alle styrelser i Skatteministeriets koncern. Rammeaftalen har til formål at dække Ordregivers løbende behov for levering af varer med logo til alle dele af Skatteministeriets koncern. Ordregiver anslår, at der i løbet af kontraktperioden vil blive købt for ca. 3,5 mio. kr. Disse mængder er alene vejledende og er anslået på baggrund af historisk forbrug, planlagte anskaffelser og er udtryk for ordregivers bedste bud på, hvad der realistisk set vil blive brugt. Forbruget kan således vise sig at afvige i både opadgående og nedadgående retning. Ordregiver forventer maksimalt at forbruge 5,7 mio. kr. i kontraktperioden. Differencen mellem denne mængde og den oven for angivne anslåede mængde er udtryk for ordregivers bedste estimat over, hvilket ekstra forbrug, der vil kunne opstå på baggrund af ændrede politiske prioriteringer, ændrede politiske beslutninger, ændringer i forbrugsmønster, øget antal medarbejdere og uforudset prisniveau.
