NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 December 2024 for the following reason: Due to the Christmas break we have extended the Tender deadline by 1 week to the 12:00pm 20th January 2025. Expression of interest remains unchanged at 12.00pm 6th January 2025. Timetable after the Tender deadline will now be pushed back by 1 week but will try to reduce the evaluation time to align with the original dates if possible. Thanks Best regards Ian Kirkby(To carry out all "Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance" work, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews).) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
