ASRA Construction Services Limited (ASRA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to enter into a JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract with bespoke amendments to undertake the redevelopment of a residential housing project for the redevelopment of Britannia House, Pool Road, West Molesey, Surrey, KT12 2AB, comprising 87 residential dwellings. Lot 1: ASRA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to enter into a JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract with bespoke amendments to undertake the redevelopment of a residential housing project for the redevelopment of Britannia House, Pool Road, West Molesey, Surrey, KT12 2AB, comprising 87 residential dwellings.The Project aims to deliver 87 residential dwellings at a site located on Pool Road, West Molesey. The Client aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents. The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 87 residential dwellings. The scheme consists of the creation of car parking spaces, cycle storage, and tree planting and landscaping.The anticipated build period for the Contract will be approximately 30 months.
