The purpose of this procurement process is to successfully appoint a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the Restoration and Development of Hillsborough Courthouse and the Restoration and Development of the Fort as a Vibrant Heritage and Outdoor Events Space respectively. The Project will be delivered by Historic Royal Palaces and the contract will be with Historic Royal Palaces being the Contract Authority. PLEASE REFER TO 'MOI PART B ISSUE v1.0' FOR FULL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED.
