The objective of this contract is to perform an initial assessment of material options for the three configurations listed below: 1. Microwave vacuum window used in WR-## waveguide. 2. Vacuum window with size below cut-off used for arc-detection 3. Generic vacuum barrier of either rectangular and circular cross-section used for integration in HE11 waveguide components.
