Alarm Monitoring and out of Hours Repairs Call Receiving Service

LOT1 The provision of a 24 hour community alarm/telecare monitoring service across our supported housing developments 365/6 days a year. We have also introduced a lone working app Peoplesafe for any staff member that may work alone, and require this to be monitored along with the sheltered residents during core hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday.
