The Metropolitan Thames Valley housing group (MTVH) proposes to enter into a Framework Agreement for fire services and works. This PIN is to explore our proposed Lots under this Framework Agreement with the market, in order to ensure maximum competition across all Lots. The proposed lots are: 1) Fire Safety Assessments (national); 2) FRA Reviews (national); 3) FRA Remedial Actions (South London); 4) FRA Remedial Actions (East Anglia and North London); 5) FRA Remedial Actions (East Midlands); 6) Servicing and non-technical fire checks (East Anglia and North London); 7) Servicing and non-technical fire checks (East Anglia and North London); 8) Servicing and non-technical fire checks (East Midlands). We are seeking feedback from the market about our proposals to limit the number of Lots suppliers can bid for and/or be awarded. To undertake Type 3 and where required Type 4 fire risk assessments across both general needs and specialist housing stock, using a template compliant with PAS79 on web based technology. This Lot is national and relates to all stock within the MTVH group. This currently covers South London, East Anglia & North London and East Midlands Lot Two – FRA Reviews Undertake Fire Risk Assessment Reviews across both general needs and specialist housing stock, using a template compliant with PAS79 on web based technology. This Lot is national and relates to all stock within the MTVH group. This currently covers South London, East Anglia & North London and East Midlands Undertake Fire Risk Assessment remedial works across both general needs and specialist housing stock ensuring all passive fire protection work is 3rd party accredited. This Lot is relates to all MTVH group stock within the South London region. The initial call-off contract will relate to the Metropolitan Housing Trust stock in this area and this may be extended to include Thames Valley Housing within this area. This Lot is relates to all MTVH group stock within the South London region.
