The Council aims to implement its vision that enables inclusive economic growth and prosperity through an ambitious programme of regeneration and infrastructure investment. The Council is looking to engage with prospective partners prior to launching the procurement. Interested parties are invited to attend an online Pre-tender Project Engagement event (via WebEx) hosted by the Council. The event will be held on Monday 3rd August 2020 at 10.30 via Webex (https://www.webex.com). The Council is currently preparing the project for a formal procurement, which is expected to commence in Autumn 2020. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being published as part of the Council's preliminary market consultation for the project. The Council wishes to update the market on the scale of the Council’s ambition and the Council’s commitment to the project and to engage with the market to help it shape the opportunity to attract the right long term partner. An information memorandum providing information about the Enterprise Strategic Commercial Partnership project, the Council itself and the people and area it serves, is available from PCS.
