Provision of Microsoft Teams Room devices and associated audio / visual technology for up to 25 meeting spaces, to include a managed service (maintenance and support) Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. The initial phase will see 3 rooms upgraded before the 22nd of July 2022, with subsequent rooms upgraded on a required basis. The contract will be in place for 4 years with a maximum extension of 3 x 12 months.
