Nottingham Trent University had ongoing requirements for the purchase of optical related equipment components and consumables. The requirement was split into 10 lots which are listed below. The items were categorised into the following list of lots; Lot 1: Optical elements Lot 2: Optomechanical devices and components Lot 3: Optical tables, breadboards, and accessories Lot 4: Manual and motorised stages, micrometres, actuators, and positioners Lot 5: Test and calibration targets, reticules, and tools Lot 6: Fibre optics, fibre test instruments, and fibre processing tools Lot 7: Instrumentation Lot 8: Light sources Lot 9: General Accessories, Equipment Components and Consumables Lot 10: Future technologies. A detailed scope of each lot was provided in the tender documentation.
