Lot 1: Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) consisting of Vehicle Manufacturers or Direct Suppliers or suppliers to a Fleet Operating Company from which it will be able to procure parts and materials to support its fleet of vehicles. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
