Please note this is not a call for competition. Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme is undertaking early market engagement ahead of procuring a successor contract to the existing Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC). This Prior Information Notice (PIN) directs interested potential suppliers to the Home Office's Jaggaer eSourcing portal, where they may complete an NDA and get access to further early market engagement documents. Please visit: https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html, log in, and search for PQQ-451 Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Site". Once you have completed, signed and submitted an NDA, we will invite you to our dedicated early market engagement site: PQQ_454 Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme: Early Market Engagement Site We will use our Early Market Engagement site to share information and updates with interested potential suppliers, request feedback and allow potential suppliers to communicate with us via secure message. If your organisation is not yet registered on Home Office's Jaggaer eSourcing portal, please visit the portal and register by following the link on the homepage: "To register click here’. Please note that to register, your organisation must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation that you are registering, which would be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Lot 1: The current Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) was awarded in 2020 and is due to expire in June 2025 with an option to extend for a further three years. The MSVCC enables victims’ recovery needs to be met and ensures that they are assisted to access NHS health care, legal aid, translation services, and where applicable, support to safely return to their country of origin, or a safe third country after conclusion of their National Referral Mechanism (NRM) journey. This contract supports adult victims in their recovery, alongside wider state support. The Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme has been set up to procure a successor contract to the current MSVCC.
