Opgaven omfatter: 1) Værdiansættelser: udførelse af vurderingssagkyndig gennemgang af enekltsåtende ejendomme, hvor værdiansættelsen udarbejdes i en vurderngsrapport. 2) Markedsleje- og handelsværdivurdering: udarbejdelse af markedsleje- og handelsværdivurderinger for Bygningsstyrelsens kontorportefølje. Der er her tale om 2 separate runder, hvor der i løbet af 2. halvår af 2019 med virkning pr. 1.1.2020 skal være vurderet ca. 41 ejendomme, og i løbet af 2. halvår 2021 med virkning pr. 1.1.2022 skal være vurderet ca. 28 ejendomme. Endelig skal der leveres et notat, der beskriver markedsudviklingen i perioden 2016-2019 og 2018-2021 både for så vidt angår lejeniveauet og handelsværdiniveauet; 3) Ad hoc: udførelse af anden form for vurderingsmæssige ad hoc opgaver, hvor Bygningsstyrelsen har behov for mæglerfaglig bistand i forbindelse med styrelsens opagveløsning.
