Los 3 - Microsoft OVS Lizenzen Lot 1: Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Ausschreibung für das Los 3 "Microsoft OVS Lizenzen" zum Projekt Digitalisierung Gymnasium Marktoberdorf 2022-2027. In weiterer Zukunft werden die anderen Lose zum o.g. Projekt zeitversetzt ebenso als EU-Verfahren veröffentlicht. Vertragsende bei Erreichung der Obergrenze : Der Vertrag endet automatisch vor Erreichung der 4 Jahresrahmenvertragsfrist (ausgenommen hiervon sind eventuelle bereits abgerufene Lizenzen), wenn die ggf. bekanntgemachte Abrufobergrenze je Position in allen Positionen (vgl. abschließende Liste gem. Nr. 1 unter Sonstige Vereinbarungen I. des EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag Typ B) erreicht wurde. Ein Abruf je Position über die je Position bekanntgemachte Obergrenze ist grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen. Dies bedeutet, sobald bei einer Position die Obergrenze erreicht ist, darf für diese Position keine weiteren/neuen Abrufe erfolgen.
